It is made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel (where 16P denotes the stainless steel pressure class). Core components such as the valve body and valve disc exhibit excellent resistance to corrosion, acids, alkalis and salt spray. This valve is suitable for various working conditions involving media like water, steam, oil products and weakly corrosive substances, and is especially ideal for scenarios with stringent requirements for medium purity and equipment corrosion resistance, such as chemical engineering, food processing, pharmaceuticals and seawater treatment.
Adopting a wafer-type connection, it can be directly clamped between two pipeline flanges without the need for additional flange nipples. The installation and disassembly processes are simple and efficient, which significantly reduces construction difficulty and installation time costs.
With a design pressure rating of 1.6 MPa and a suitable temperature range from normal temperature up to 120℃, the valve features a compact and simplified overall structure. Its core wearing parts (including sealing valve seats, worm gears and bearings) adopt a standardized design, enabling easy disassembly and replacement without the need for specialized complex tools or technical personnel. This results in low difficulty and cost for subsequent maintenance.
