The valve body, bonnet and other core components are made of 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. It adopts a non-rising stem transmission structure, where the valve stem is not exposed. This design not only effectively prevents the valve stem from corrosion and collision damage caused by the external environment, but also significantly saves installation space.
The gate plate and valve seat are precisely sealed with high-quality soft sealing materials (such as EPDM and PTFE). The sealing surface undergoes precision machining, delivering superior sealing performance and achieving a zero-leakage sealing effect, which can effectively prevent medium loss and environmental pollution.
With a designed pressure rating of 1.6 MPa (16 bar), the valve is suitable for various medium and low-pressure working conditions. It can be widely applied in fields including water supply and drainage engineering, HVAC systems, chemical pipelines, and municipal engineering.
