The valve body is made of 20Q ductile iron and cast via the shell molding sand process, featuring clear cast characters and a regular appearance. With high material strength, excellent toughness and outstanding pressure resistance, it is suitable for a 2.0MPa working pressure and meets the pressure requirements of most industrial and civil pipelines.
The surface of the valve body is professionally spray-coated, providing strong corrosion resistance. It is compatible with various working conditions involving media such as water, air, oil products, acids and alkalis, and has a wide temperature application range (-20℃~150℃, depending on the rubber material), delivering extremely high compatibility. It is suitable for harsh outdoor working conditions and significantly extends the service life of the transmission system.
Equipped with a professional worm gear reduction transmission structure, it achieves precise 90° rotary opening and closing. Compared with traditional manual valves, it greatly reduces the operating torque, enabling effortless opening and closing and effectively improving operational efficiency.
This valve is widely used in water supply and drainage, HVAC, and medium transmission systems in various industries including water plants, power plants, steel mills, paper mills, chemical plants, and food & beverage factories, serving as a core device for flow regulation or medium shut-off.
