It adopts an elastic seat seal design. The gate achieves precise compensatory sealing through micro elastic deformation, combined with the integral internal and external rubber coating structure made by advanced European rubber vulcanization technology. The rubber is firmly bonded to the gate without easy detachment, featuring excellent elastic memory and long-term outstanding sealing performance. The core component valve stem is made of stainless steel, and the valve body is precision cast with accurate geometric dimensions. Both internal and external surfaces are coated with epoxy resin, matched with galvanized fastening bolts and NBR sealing rings, providing all-round protection against corrosion from water, gas, petroleum, chemical media and other substances. This product overcomes the common defects of rubber aging and metal corrosion in traditional valves, applicable to a wide temperature range of 0-80℃ and working pressure of 1.6MPa, and can operate stably even under complex working conditions such as sewage, seawater, acid-base media.
