The valve body is made of 304 stainless steel (complying with the 16P material standard), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and high-temperature resistance. The valve seat is crafted from F4 (polytetrafluoroethylene), which combines the properties of strong corrosion resistance, odorlessness and non-staining of the medium. It is particularly suitable for industries with extremely high requirements for medium purity such as food, pharmaceuticals and chemical engineering, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the conveyed medium.
Adopting a wafer-type connection design, it eliminates the need for additional flange connection sections and can be directly clamped and fixed to the pipeline flange via bolts for installation. This simplifies the installation process by over 50% and greatly improves construction efficiency.
Equipped with a high-precision worm gear transmission mechanism, it achieves the effect of deceleration and torque increase. Compared with manual straight-handle operation, it can save more than 70% of the operating force, enabling easy opening and closing even for large-diameter valves.
The valve is designed with a pressure rating of 1.6 MPa and has a wide applicable temperature range of -20℃ to 150℃, which can adapt to working conditions with different temperatures and pressures, boasting extremely strong versatility.
