It adopts a wafer-type connection structure with no flanges on both sides of the valve body. Clamped directly between two pipeline flanges via long bolts, it greatly reduces the required installation space while lowering the overall valve weight and transportation costs. The valve body is made of ductile iron QT450, cast by coated sand process, featuring a robust and pressure-resistant structure with no easy deformation. It can reach a nominal pressure of PN16, fully meeting the requirements of medium and low-pressure working conditions. The valve stem is made of stainless steel and supported by 4 oil-proof bearings to enhance operational stability, and it also has excellent corrosion resistance. A multi-seal structure is equipped at the shaft hole to ensure reliable axial sealing without leakage. It is compatible with various corrosive and non-corrosive media such as water, oil products, air, low-pressure gas, sewage, acid and alkali media, with a temperature range of -10℃ to 120℃. It is widely used in building water supply and drainage, municipal engineering, HVAC, fire protection systems, industrial circulating cooling water, food and pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other fields.
