The wafer butterfly valve with worm gear drive adopts 304 stainless steel as the core material of its valve disc, combined with a precise worm gear transmission structure. It boasts both material superiority and operational stability, and is widely suitable for water supply and drainage, chemical engineering, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Equipped with a 304 valve disc, it can be paired with EPDM (temperature resistance up to 120℃, suitable for water and air media). The 304 valve disc can operate stably within a temperature range of -270℃ to 400℃, with a pressure-bearing capacity of up to 1.6MPa under normal working conditions. Compared with plastic or ordinary alloy valve discs, it can cope with more complex industrial working conditions (such as industrial steam and high-temperature hot water transportation) and has a wider range of applications.
