It can stably adapt to medium and high-pressure working conditions such as industrial circulating water, fire water supply, and municipal high-pressure pipe networks, featuring strong pressure-bearing capacity and high operational safety factor.
Premium Material Selection: The valve body is made of ductile iron (Q), which has high strength, good toughness, and excellent resistance to impact and deformation. It also boasts outstanding wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and temperature resistance (suitable temperature range: -10℃~120℃), making it compatible with various media.
Equipped with a precision worm gear transmission mechanism, it delivers high transmission efficiency and realizes the function of "controlling large-diameter valves with small torque", enabling labor-saving and convenient manual operation.
The valve body is manufactured via an integrated casting process, free from defects such as sand holes and cracks. It has uniform structural strength and can withstand complex working conditions like pipeline vibration and medium impact. The worm gear transmission mechanism has passed rigorous wear resistance and pressure resistance tests, ensuring stable operation without jamming.
