The valve body is precision-cast from high-quality cast steel (such as WCB, WC6, etc.), featuring enhanced pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. It can withstand a pressure rating of PN1.0~2.5MPa and adapt to a wide temperature range of -10℃~600℃. Capable of stably handling water, oil, gas, high-temperature steam and various weakly corrosive media, it is widely applicable to harsh industrial scenarios including petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power and metallurgy.Adopting a unique lug-type design, the protruding lugs with bolt holes on both sides of the valve body can be directly connected to pipeline flanges by bolts passing through. This eliminates the need for independent flange components of traditional flange valves, which not only simplifies the installation process but also reduces the usage of bolts and cuts down installation costs.
