The valve body, valve disc and valve stem are all made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304, 316 and 316L. For some key sealing surfaces, cobalt-based hard alloy or Stellite alloy overlay welding can be applied, endowing the valve with excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
Adopting an advanced triple-offset sealing design, the valve seat and disc achieve nearly friction-free transmission during opening and closing. The sealing surfaces separate instantly at the moment of opening and fit precisely when closing, which completely eliminates the defect of sliding friction on the sealing surfaces of traditional butterfly valves.
Featuring a lug wafer connection structure, it requires no additional flange gaskets and is directly installed between two pipeline flanges via stud bolts. With a simple and compact structure, its volume is only 1/3 of that of a gate valve of the same specification, and its weight is reduced by more than 50%, which greatly saves pipeline installation space and transportation costs.
