Both the valve body and valve disc are made of high-strength ductile iron, featuring superior tensile strength, yield strength and toughness. They can effectively withstand pressure shocks, vibrations and temperature fluctuations in the pipeline system, and are not prone to faults such as cracking or deformation.
Driven by a pneumatic actuator, it delivers stable and powerful power output with a fast opening and closing response time (standard response time ≤ 1 second), which can accurately meet the requirements of rapid working condition switching in industrial production. It supports seamless integration with automated control systems such as PLC and DCS, enabling remote control, centralized regulation and unattended operation.
The valve seat is made of high-quality rubber (e.g., EPDM, NBR, etc.) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), offering excellent elasticity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
It adopts the national standard flanged connection method, which allows direct connection to existing pipeline systems. The installation process is simple and fast, without the need for specially customized installation tools or accessories.
It has a wide operating temperature range (-20℃~120℃; can be extended to higher/lower temperatures with special materials) and covers conventional pressure ratings including PN1.0~PN1.6MPa. It is suitable for conveying various media such as water, sewage, seawater, petroleum, chemical solvents, steam and gas.
