As a critical control device for industrial pipeline systems, the D671X-16Q Pneumatic Wafer-type Ductile Iron Butterfly Valve integrates high-quality ductile iron material, efficient pneumatic actuation and precise sealing technology. Boasting the core advantages of reliability, durability, high operational efficiency, easy installation and wide compatibility, it far outperforms ordinary gray cast iron with excellent impact resistance and toughness. It can easily withstand pipeline pressure fluctuations and working condition vibrations without cracking or deformation.
Adopting a wafer-type connection design, it requires no separate flanges and can be directly clamped between two pipeline flanges for installation. Compared with traditional flange-type valves, it features a more compact structure and a nominal pressure rating of 1.6MPa (16 bar). It has a broad temperature application range (≤120℃ under standard conditions; customizable to -40℃~150℃ based on seal material) and covers a nominal diameter range of DN50~DN2000. Compatible with pipelines of different diameters and various media (air, water, sewage, steam, oil products, etc.), it fulfills dual functions of flow regulation and shut-off, delivering exceptional versatility.
