The valve body and disc are made of high-quality cast steel. Compared with ordinary cast iron and aluminum alloy valves, it has higher mechanical strength and pressure resistance, stably withstanding a nominal pressure of 0.6-1.6MPa and a maximum strength test pressure of 2.4MPa, which fully meets the requirements of medium and low pressure industrial working conditions. It features a unique lugged design, fixed with pipelines by flange bolts directly passing through the lugs on both sides of the valve body, ensuring accurate and reliable connection and positioning. Compared with traditional welding or flange connection, it requires no complex construction and greatly shortens the installation period. Equipped with a user-friendly lever actuator and adopting a 90° open-close design, it enables quick on-off response, and is widely used in chemical industry, petrochemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, electric power, food, pharmaceutical, shipping, environmental protection and other fields.
