The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel, featuring superior structural strength, toughness and pressure resistance. It can operate stably within the pressure range of PN0.6~1.6MPa and temperature environment of ≤80℃. With excellent corrosion and wear resistance, it is suitable for media such as water, steam, oil products and weak acids and alkalis. Adopting an LT-type lug design, it combines the dual advantages of compact structure and flexible installation.
The lug-type structure does not rely on pipeline flanges for fixation. Precise positioning of the valve and pipeline can be achieved by directly passing bolts through the lugs. During installation, it is not restricted by medium flow direction or spatial position, enabling installation in any orientation and greatly reducing construction difficulty in narrow spaces. It realizes precise 90° rotary opening and closing. Compared with manual actuation, it requires lower operating torque, is labor-saving and easy to operate, effectively reducing the intensity of manual operation.
