It adopts a worm gear linkage + cam trigger structure, which can accurately press or release the signal contact at a preset position, stably output "on/off" electrical signals, and feed back the valve opening and closing status in real time. This enables remote monitoring and automated control of the pipeline system, effectively avoiding risks such as fluid leakage and system failure caused by incorrect valve operation, and meets the requirements of intelligent engineering operation and maintenance.
It can still achieve stable locking under the working condition of 2.5MPa rated pressure, ensuring operational safety under heavy-duty working conditions.
The grooved clamp connection is adopted, eliminating the need for welding and secondary galvanization. Assembly can be completed with just one wrench, and the installation speed is more than 3 times faster than that of traditional flange connection, greatly shortening the construction period.
The valve plate is made of high-strength ductile iron, which has higher strength than ordinary cast iron, with a regular appearance and corrosion resistance. The shell is manufactured by an integral molding process, featuring a compact and robust structure. It can resist erosion by various media such as water, oil products, steam, seawater and sewage for a long time, fundamentally solving the pain points of rubber aging and seal failure in traditional valves.
