It adopts a non-rising stem transmission structure, with the valve stem fully hidden inside the valve body. The gate lift is achieved solely through rotation, and the stem height remains constant during opening and closing. Compared with outside screw & yoke gate valves, it saves more than 30% of vertical installation space, making it perfectly suitable for space-constrained scenarios such as underground pipe networks, valve wells, pipe shafts and basements.The gate plate adopts an integral EPDM rubber coating process; the rubber is firmly bonded to the ductile iron gate plate and not easy to fall off. Relying on the excellent elastic memory and deformation compensation ability of rubber, it can closely fit the sealing surface of the valve seat and accurately fill tiny uneven areas to achieve bidirectional sealing effect, thoroughly solving the problems of poor sealing and water leakage of traditional gate valves.The valve body is precision cast from high-grade QT500-7 ductile iron. Compared with conventional QT450-10 material, it has higher spheroidization rate, stronger tensile strength and better toughness. The nominal pressure of the product reaches 1.6MPa, suitable for various non-corrosive or weakly corrosive media such as water, air, gas and oil under normal temperature conditions. The nominal diameter covers the full range of DN40 to DN600, which can meet the needs of different pipelines.
