The flanged worm gear butterfly valve is a high-performance valve that achieves opening and closing control through a worm gear reduction mechanism. It is installed in pipeline systems using a flanged connection method. Its core component is a disc-shaped valve plate, which is connected to the worm gear transmission mechanism via a valve stem. The valve plate rotates around its own axis (within the range of 0°~90°) inside the valve body, enabling the shut-off of media or regulation of flow rate. It is applied in industries such as water supply and drainage, metallurgy, energy systems, and light industry & textile, where the temperature is below 120-150℃ and the nominal pressure is less than 1.6MPa.
