It adopts a composite structure of "stainless steel valve body + PTFE lining + PTFE sealing pair". The sealing faces are precisely fitted, and combined with the optimized butterfly plate design, it achieves bidirectional sealing performance with a leakage class up to Class VI (near zero leakage).
The streamlined butterfly plate, coupled with the full-port channel structure, minimizes medium flow resistance and pressure loss. This significantly reduces the operating load of the delivery pump, realizing the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Featuring a flange connection, it boasts a compact structure, small volume and light weight. Compared with other valves of the same specification, it is more convenient for transportation, installation and on-site layout, making it particularly suitable for installation scenarios with limited space.
It can be widely applied in multiple industries such as chemical engineering, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, electric power, water treatment and environmental protection. It has a wide applicable medium temperature range (usually -20℃~180℃, and can cover a broader temperature range with special customization), and its nominal pressure covers multiple specifications including PN1.0~PN1.6MPa. Whether for the transportation of conventional media like clear water and oil products, or for the delivery of complex media such as corrosive substances and low-concentration particle-containing media, it can achieve stable adaptation with excellent versatility.
